Eastern Park Apartments (EPA) is a low income Housing Facility for the elderly (62 years and older) OR for non-elderly mobility impaired persons who require the features of a wheelchair accessible apartment .

What do I need in order to apply?
1. At least ONE household member should be Elderly (62 years and older) OR Non-elderly, mobility impaired , requiring the features of a wheelchair accessible unit .
2. Basic Contact Information, Information of Additional Household Member (if applicable)
3. Income Verification (paystubs award letters, assistance, etc.) in order to determine whether or not you income qualify because you need to select a Gross Annual Household Income Category (see chart above).
4. One pre-application for your household signed by applicant and co-applicant.

How do I get a pre-application?
– Go to EPA’s Office 6/23 Tuesday through 6/26 Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM; 6/29 Monday through 7/2 Thursday between 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM

Lottery will be held in July 2015 to select Final Waiting List applicants. After the lottery, EPA will notify each applicant by mail if they were selected and placed on final waiting list.
